CUSTOM HOME

A custom built house completed in the fall of 2010. It was build around an energy efficient design with consideration given to a strong design both with the interior and exterior. It has a legal suit and is well situated on the lot for optimum living. It was built with a number of eco friendly products and only quality materials were used. It has great exposure to the natural sunlight throughout the day and has excellent views of mount baker and the ocean from various parts of the house. The goal for the construction of this home was to build a house that would not only stand out but also stand up to many years of use.

ISLAND COMFORT

Located on a beautiful small Island just north of the seaside town of Sidney, this custom home was designed with luxury and energy conservation in mind. It included a combination of ICF construction and green building technology. It had several energy recovering systems which include, an ocean based geothermal loop, a used hot water heat recovery system and solar. Included in the home is a large salt water pool and hot tub surrounded by creative timber and stone work. Featuring items such as a covered BBQ and entertaining area, to a prep kitchen with mechanical food elevator, this home was thoughtfully designed with many luxury details to meet the needs of the owner and provide comfortable entertainment and living to friends and family.

ISLET HOME

This custom home presented many logistical challenges and creative architectural features. From its breathtaking views, luxurious finishes and intricate design to its pool and hot tub it defines island luxury. It was sold by the owner to the government and eventually torn down and returned to its natural state.

PRIVATE ISLAND HOME

This project is located on a private island at the southern end of the Gulf Islands archipelago. It was built using a combination of ICF and wood frame construction. All material for this project were brought in by barge or boat. Because this home is “off the grid’ it relies on a rain water collection and filtration system to provide Gray water, tap water and water for possible fire suppression. It also provides it’s own power by way of solar technology and a back-up generator. It has stunning views of the ocean and provides its owners with comfortable spacious living.

This private home is located on a private island near the Harrow straight just south of Sidney BC. Custom architecture incorporated Smart Walls manufactured by Pacific Homes. This home has many creature comforts and is built off the grid.

VICTORIA HOME

This home while small looking from the front approach boast two levels and over 3500 square feet with features such as energy efficient construction with Smart Walls and a separate suite. Custom finishes are designed specifically for the owner and make this home very comfortable and livable.

NORTH SAANICH

This custom home was tastefully designed and creatively thought out by the homeowner. With care given to quality of products and construction it has all the comforts one would expect to find in a home of its caliber.

This private home was designed to accommodate a large family and many friends. It was set to be located in a tranquil setting as it overlooks grassy fields, a long winding driveway framed by stone entry pillars and white fences. Sitting at almost 9000 square feet, It has everything from tennis and basketball courts to a pool house complete with infinity pool and hot tub lounge area. Inside the home the design presented vaulted ceilings, large timber and beautiful tile work. This home also includes a music room, games rooms, theater room and live in care taker suite. Large and luxurious this homes design is to promote quality living in a peaceful environment.
